Our stance
N7FORA is privacy-by-default. You own your relationship data, we never sell it, and every outbound action waits for your explicit approval. This page explains what we collect, why, and the controls you hold.
What we collect
The contacts, notes, and context you capture or import; the connectors you choose to link (email, calendar, messaging, CRM); usage needed to run the service; and — only if you enable it — your device location. We collect the minimum required for each feature.
How we use it
To remember your network, surface follow-ups, and draft actions for your review. We do not use your relationship data to train shared models, and we do not build advertising profiles.
Consent on every action
Nothing sends, connects, enriches, or changes a contact automatically. Enrichment is reviewed source by source; messages and introductions are drafted and held until you confirm. A global kill switch pauses all automation at once.
Sharing across a team
Colleagues can see that a relationship exists and request a warm path. They cannot see your private notes, history, documents, or voice memos. Relationship capital stays with the workspace when someone leaves.
Location & presence
Location is opt-in and off by default. GPS is used live and not stored as history. “Nearby” presence is mutual — you only appear to, and see, contacts who have each chosen to share with the other.
Storage & security
Workspace data is isolated per tenant and encrypted in transit and at rest. Captured card images stay in your private vault. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data, revoke any connector with one tap, and adjust sharing and location controls at any time. Deletion removes your content from active systems on request.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll notify you in-app before it takes effect.
