The agreement between you and N7FORA.
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of N7FORA. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use N7FORA on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization.
2. The service
N7FORA is a relationship operating system that helps you capture, remember, and act on your professional relationships. Features, connectors, and plans may evolve over time.
3. Your account
You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Accounts come in tiers — User, Staff, and Admin — each with different access. You agree not to access data or areas beyond your assigned tier.
4. Acceptable use
Use N7FORA lawfully and respectfully. Do not use it to harass, deceive, or surveil people; to scrape or contact people without a lawful basis; or to violate others' privacy or the terms of connected services. Enrichment and messaging features are consent-gated and must be used accordingly.
5. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the contacts, notes, and content you bring to N7FORA. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you. We do not sell your data or use your relationship data to train shared models.
6. Consent and actions
N7FORA drafts actions — emails, connections, introductions — for your review. You are responsible for what you choose to send or share. Nothing is sent, connected, or changed without your explicit confirmation.
7. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance, per seat, on the cycle shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Availability & changes
We work to keep N7FORA reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, add, or remove features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
9. Disclaimers & liability
N7FORA is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using N7FORA at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
